The flow chart of nickel ore briquettes production line:
1, Hopper silo, load material and convey uniform quantitative materials into the horizontal two-shafts mixer.
2. Vertical crusher, the raw material be crushed in to the appropriate size, generally it is most suitable that not more than 5mm.
3, Liquid mixer,also named blender, it is used for mixing liquefied adhesive (if you use powdered adhesives, you can choose a drying powder feeder.)
4, The horizontal two-shaft mixer, fully mixing raw materials, adhesives and water. The adhesives should be uniformly distributed among raw materials, so that achieve better thermal strength, briquettes is hard and better.
5, Nickel ore briquette machine is a core of whole production line, it press materials into briquettes, the briquettes' size and shape can be customized, zhongzhou can produce various shapes of rollers.

The requirement for raw materials of nickel ore briquette machine production:
1, the particle size of the raw material should be between 0-5mm.
