Heating Problem for Briquetting Machines Needs Attention

 The gypsum briquetting machine, short for the desulfurization gypsum briquette machine, is an advanced powder material processing device. There are many reasons resulting in the common heating problem of the briquette machine motor and we usually decide the malfunction source by testing the working temperature of the equipment.

According to Zhongzhou experts, there are mainly two types of reasons causing the equipment motor heating problem: the malfunction of the motor's components and the malfunction of the motor's electric circuit.

1.Malfunction of the motor's components: for a desulfurization gypsum briquette machine, there is only a small gap between the stator and rotor of its motor, which makes them easy to be crashed; abnormal vibration or noise will also make the motor become hot; once the bearings of the gypsum briquetting machine don't operate properly, they will surely lead to the heating problem of the equipment motor.

2.Malfunction of the motor's electric circuit: when the motor of the desulfurization gypsum briquette machine runs with too high or too low voltage or asymmetric three-phase voltage, it will lead the electric current to increase, thus heating and damaging the motor; besides, any one of the following cases including winding short circuit, turn-to-turn short circuit, phase short circuit and winding open circuit happening to the motor of the gypsum briquetting machine will increase the electric current and working temperature, thus resulting in insulation aging, damaging the motor and even burning the motor.
