1, production process: loading materials--- crushing--- mixing--- briquetting--- drying final briquettes. Putting dust, sludge, and coal together and blending, further broken, then adding binder for mixing, and transported them into a
high pressure briquette machine/briquette press, it should use a roller type briquette machine, materials will be pressed into briquettes by two rollers, and finally through the natural drying, light and wind, forming dry iron mud
briquettes.
2, materials include: 1) main ingredient: electric furnace dust in converter, wet dust,converter sludge,steel rolling sludge, iron scale; 2) auxiliary materials: coke or coal; 3) binders: cement,sodium silicate and water. Material
proportion is main ingredient: coal: other materials =8:1:1.
3, the scale of production and product destination: production capacity of 60 tons/day, the production of products work for electric furnace slag and foam, reduce the loss, reduces loss of electric furnace steel oxidation; also used in
converter slag, converter steel material consumption reduction, recovery of iron components.
4, the main equipment: silos, blending silos, crushing machines, mixers, ZHONGZHOU briquette machine, forklift trucks, transport trucks and other vehicles. After completion of the process, this production line be able to digest
plant produces all the dust, sludge, making full use of waste resources, waste to treasure.
